Aerial Photography & Videography

Licensed drone photography and filming across Hertfordshire, Greater London, and the surrounding counties.

We help businesses, organisations, property owners, and event organisers show their story from above.
Why Use Aerial Media?
Nothing comes close to aerial shots for setting a scene.
Ground-level footage can only show so much. A single aerial shot reveals the scale, layout, and setting that ground cameras miss entirely, and it's often the difference between a video that looks average and one that looks genuinely professional.
Here's what aerial photography and videography can do for your project:
Set the scene. Establish a location's atmosphere and surroundings.
Show true scale. Give viewers a real sense of the size of a site, venue, or estate.
Boost social media performance. Aerial content tends to stop the scroll and hold attention longer than standard photos or video.
Sell property faster. Listings with aerial photography attract more views and more enquiries.
Show changes over time. Repeatable waypoint missions allow recapture throughout a project's timeline.
Add production value. Well-placed drone shots can lift an entire promotional video.
Whether you need a single hero shot for a property listing or full aerial coverage for an event or corporate video, we plan every flight around what will make your project stand out.

Aerial Operations in progress

F.A.Q.
Do I need permission for aerial filming?
No. As the drone operator, we take care of all necessary permissions and make sure every flight plan is within UK CAA regulations.
Can you film over my property?
In almost all cases, yes, as long as the property doesn't sit within restricted or otherwise regulated airspace. Let us know the location and we'll check for you.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Drones can't safely fly in strong wind, heavy rain, or poor visibility. If conditions aren't safe on the day, we'll work with you to reschedule as quickly as possible, usually within a few days depending on your availability.
How long does a shoot take?
This depends on the complexity, duration, and number of shots required. Our drones can fly for around 1.5 to 2 hours of active shooting time before batteries need recharging. Simple shoots can be wrapped up in under an hour; larger projects may need a full day.
How quickly will I receive the footage?
For a small number of photos or short video clips with minimal editing, expect delivery within a week. For larger projects with more extensive editing, we'll agree a timeline with you upfront based on the scope of work.
Can aerial footage be combined with ground filming?
Yes, and it's one of our favourite things to do. A common approach is to open with a hero establishing shot from the air, then move to ground level for close-up detail or interviews with other aerial shots interspersed throughout.
Do you offer twilight or evening shoots?
Yes. Twilight aerial photography is popular for property and event work, where lit-up buildings or venues photograph particularly well against the evening sky. Let us know if this is something you're after.
Do I need to arrange site access or landowner permission?
For most public or client-owned sites, we'll guide you through what's needed. If the shoot takes place on someone else's land, you'll need to confirm access with them, but we're happy to advise on what permissions are required.
Is there a minimum booking size?
No. We take on everything from quick single-location shoots to multi-day projects. Get in touch with your requirements and we'll advise on the best approach.
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on the scope, location, and deliverables required. Get in touch with a few details about your project and we'll provide a clear, no-obligation quote.
Which areas do you cover?
We're based in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, and cover Hertfordshire, Greater London, and the surrounding counties: Bedfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Hampshire, Northamptonshire, Oxfordshire, and Surrey.
